Tim Kourides, MRICS
Tim Kourides is the founder and managing director of the practice. He is a Chartered Surveyor since 31 March 1987 and carries with him a wealth of experience of over 40 years. He has consistently performed at the highest level both in commercial agency and professional work.
He has assisted many retail companies to grow from one to more than 60 shops before selling out to multiple companies. He was the youngest ever agent to solely complete a high-profile acquisition in Knightsbridge at the age of 19 for a Swiss retailer and then went on to feature twice in the Guinness Book of Records as the agent behind the biggest music store acquisition in the world in Oxford Street and then the highest rent per square foot achieved in the world at the time on a letting instruction in West One Shopping Centre in Bond Street Station. He continues to give his best to assist all clients to achieve their objectives.
Stephen Kourides, BSc Hons
Stephen Kourides is an experienced surveyor of over 14 years who is involved in all aspects of the sale and acquisition of prime retail and restaurant property throughout the UK including rent reviews, surrenders and re-gear of leases.
He has been instrumental in expanding vibrant young brands and F&B concepts such as Papa-Dum, Dartbrooke Coffee, The Knot Churros, Luxury Promise, Pastificio Al Dente, Acai Sisters, Emilias Pasta and Crossfit.
Emily Christina is a highly talented Interior Designer specialising in creating wonderful environments for shops, restaurants and hotels. She pays great attention to detail and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to researching the best materials, colours and space enhancing methods to employ to any given project. She is excellent at taking a brief from a client and then implementing and often surpassing their expectations. No job is too large or too small for her to undertake. Whether it is a simple concept plan, an artist’s impression of a shop front, a landlord pack, a full brand presentation or a complete fit out set of drawings, material and finishes specification, she is happy to undertake the work.
